Rent the Space

1000 Square Feet of Open Space!

Wonderful for as a meeting/gathering space, for intimate performances, artistic practice, gallery/shop in the summer and more! From September-June we are able to offer hourly and half-day rentals. July and August you can rent days, weeks, or an entire month! There is a bathroom, small fridge, and change room in the space.

Hourly - $20/hr

Half-Day (up-to 4 hours) - $65

Full Day - $100

Full Week - $550

Full Month (July and August only) - $1800

All prices are subject to HST. 50% deposits will be required for bookings of full days, weeks and months. Full payment required the day before the rental begins.
