Living Yoga - Babies to Teens
We all understand the benefits of yoga, and most likely (like us) discovered them as an adult. How amazing would it be for children to experience and integrate the yoga teachings from a young age? Yoga has been proven to help children:

increase focus and attention for tasks
process emotions by being more aware of themselves and their feelings
